A couple of years ago, Symphony on the Green was kicked up a notch or two and became an outdoor summer afternoon festival. (Early June is not actually summer, but anytime after Memorial Day qualifies in my book.) Now called Festival on the Green, this popular event has something for everyone!

Come enjoy the many activities the festival has to offer!

Kids can touch and play real musical instruments at
the instrument petting zoo.

Make your own drum and tambourine with the
Children's Museum!

Come build something at Minnetrista's arts and crafts table.

View and buy art work of local artisans.

Are you an artist? Reserve your own free artisan table for Festival on the Green. Just email Bob Hartley.

The Muncie Symphony Orchestra will take the stage at 7:00 p.m with Camille Saint-Saens' The Carnival of the Animals. The Carnival of the Animals was a huge hit with the young audience last month and is listening fun for everyone.
